I saw these quotes outside the newly renovated U/F toilet at Olympian City. I thought its very meaning.
So I looked it up in Google, many source claims it’s a Chinese proverb! Well, I am not so sure about this. I’m just wonder how would it translate if it were in Chinese. I can’t figure it out, it’s just don’t sound like Chinese to me.
