曼德拉坐了27年的監。即使在那期間，他保持情緒及鬥志頑強，並展現出平衡和紀律。
當然，只是以上的8條簡介，並不能滿足我。我真正的希望可以從曼德拉的身上可以學到一招半式，得到一點啟發。我上網查找，得出了當日曼德拉的傳記作者 Richard Stengel 在 Time 發表的 Mandela: His 8 Lessons of Leadership，細閱一番。曼德拉所告訴我們的智慧，並不是大學裡教授或一般商人所告訴我們的。曼德拉所領導的，並不是一間公司，而他所領導的，是更大的東西。

有時間的話， Richard Stengel 在 Time 發表的另一篇文章 – “The Making of a Leader“也十分推薦大家去看看。
